Liked neat room with a lovely view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast in the restaurant was above average and amazing at reasonable prices to start your day.

The hotel's peaceful and ideal location is just a short walk to the tram line. It is really well located for easy access to the city via the MCG precinct. Close proximity to Hawthorn train station and the lively Bridge Road restaurants and bars is convenient.

Really enjoyed neat room with great housekeeping services, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast in the restaurant was above average with the offerings of accommodation aiming at a lesser standard than Amora to start your day.

The staff at Amora Hotel Riverwalk made our wedding night truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from the beautifully presented tables to the delicious meals prepared by the talented chef. We were greeted with warm congratulations and felt like royalty throughout our stay. The hotel's attention to hygiene and cleanliness was also commendable, providing us with peace of mind during these uncertain times. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as ongoing renovations and slow lifts, the convenient location and friendly, informative staff more than made up for it. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Amora Hotel Riverwalk and would highly recommend it for any special occasion or stay.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was great, but the living area is quite small and seating not very comfortable. The balcony was great, but it needs to be warm to sit out there. We really enjoyed walking along the river each day and the many good restaurants in the area. Close to good shopping and walking distance to many places.
The seating in the living area.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Melbourne. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Queen Victoria Market and the tram stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast included was a bonus. There were also plenty of facilities, like parking and a restaurant. it was a convenient and pleasant experience.
The walls in the corridors could use a fresh coat of paint.

It is relatively a samll hotel, and things can be easily done.
The room was "upstairs", and one haas to take all his luggsge up on a narrow flight of stairs

Great riverfront location, ample family accommodation, adequate kitchenette, pleasant treetop balcony. Facilities, parking, and cleanliness were excellent. Pleasantly surprised by the extra bed and comfy double for mom. Large, relaxing foyer and amazing coffee shop. Staff very accommodating. Luxurious, well-appointed room with comfortable beds and lovely courtyard balcony. Great reception service and overall wonderful ambience.

The separate lounge area to the bedroom was nice. The reception staff were helpful. The steak from the restaurant was nice. Although service in the restaurant can do with some improvements.
The spa in our room was dirty. We didn't get to use the spa until the last night of our stay. When we filled the spa halfway we noticed some dirty floaty bits floating in the water. It was late so we didn't call to ask for it to be cleaned so we were unable to use the spa this time for our stay. Also, staff tend to knock on the door once without saying anything and just walking in. I was in the bedroom and when I turned around there was a staff member already opened the bedroom door and was standing in the room just inside the door. This happened twice. Once was a guy from mini bar the other was a girl from reception. This is our second stay and the first time was better.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with great views from both balconies. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, and the housekeeping services are outstanding. Additionally, the location is perfect - situated along the quiet area of the Yarra river and overlooking a beautiful park.
All was well, couldn't ask for more.

I loved the excellent service we received especially from Laura she made our stay welcoming & accommodating & any issues that we had, Laura resolved immediately. The service from Amora staff was excellent.
I think if the carpets were upgraded & the beds were a bit softer, however that could mean an increase in nightly stays. I found the nightly stays at your establishment extremely competitive and excellent value for money, given we were in Melbourne during Melbourne cup week. I would definitely stay there again mainly because of the excellent customer service provided by the Amora staff.
